#34550 RE: Leedom #34548

if kevetrin repairs the p53 gene, it expresses p21 which causes apoptosis (death) of cancer cells. if kevetrin is not doing that, then what is keeping ms 80 year old 7 cycle alive? why is she being allowed to take up space so to speak. i suspect there might be two others who are doing well. not sure.

whatever is happening induced someone to sign up for cohort 4. this person has stage 4 cancer with at least 3 months to live, to relinquish his/her present treatment and give kevetrin a go. i think this person decided to roll the dice in kevetrins favor because he/she has been told there is a chance kevetrin might cure/slow down or stabilize his/her cancer by a medical professional.

i too am hopefudl for prurisol but would like to know what is taking so long to put two compounds together.
