Binney was totally new to me .. looks like he really predated Snowden, yet he's not on the board .. there are some .. he was never charged, yet he 'exposed' a lot .. msm seems to not have given him the Manning or Snowden treatment .. no, he didn't leak as the others did .. he didn't download and leak .. but he did expose ..
