Sentinel pointed out this clause which says we will automatically have a one year minimum agreement:

G. Term; Termination. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the Pilot Program (i.e. January 2006), and thereafter for a period of at least 12 months, unless, prior to the end of the Pilot Program and with at least 30 days notice, Circuit City has given GNF notice that it is not going to go through with the National Rollout.

Good post simplegreen, everything is stated in the SEC filing. A lot of people misunderstood the wording of it but whos fault is that. Anyways IMO 99.9% National rollout will commence, everyone knows it, its just that the market does not like uncertainty and until the 30day period is over, their is uncertainty in the air. Once it is confirmed, people can feel more confident in investing and there will be a rush to get into this stock which will drive it up dramtically, JMHO.

As a moderator are you also disgusted with the "innuendo" that has been posted here over the last couple of days....that could lead people to believe that something big is about to happen?

I never could understand why people feel the need to make others think that they know something that hasn't been PR'd yet or something that may never be PR'd.

If people are "hearing" things but "can't talk about it" then don't you agree that they shouldn't be posting it?

I believe the 8k termination section explicitly points out that cancellation must take place 30 days prior to the end of the trial period....ie...it can not be cancelled at a later date...thereafter it is roll out and is a done deal for 12 Months....

It is logical that cancellation should not be allowed at the late phase of the trial period as too much effort and money has been expended and would be ridiculous to allow it as an elective after roll out unless there is a flagrant breach of contract.....

I do not believe the cancellation period is a 30day moving allowance.....the deadline is on or about Dec.16th

simple, a couple of things in your post make absolutely no sense imo. First you put your own spin on the SEC filing by making this comment......"each day that we have this partnership starts a new 30 day period for advanced warning and please explain if you think this is not true" Nowhere in the SEC filing does it say this.

Also this comment makes no sense to me either, serious investors do not invest based on information on a message board....
"hurt some serious investors that may have been scared into a loss!"
