Everyone has their opinions, and I certainly can't fault anyone who believes that Donnell was complicit in Dean's dirty dealings. Was she paid by Dean, I am sure she was and probably decently.
Could she have left in objection to what Dean was doing? Absolutely. She has a good professional background, not only as a paralegal, but HR and other skills. So I do think she has other opportunities, but has stuck it out and for that I commend her and Bill.
I don't condone all that Joe has done since he took over, but he has tried to push several initiatives to get Q on the right track. He has remained loyal to Bill and Donnell at his own expense. He hasn't succeeded and realizes his shortcomings, hence the change in management.
Right now, IMO, Q is cleaned up, ready for an audit and has a executable business plan. It will take money. that's just a fact.
Will legacy shareholders ever recoup their investment, I highly, highly doubt it. Will Joe recoup his investment, I highly doubt it.
Will Q ever succeed, right now I give it a 33% chance. But it won't be for lack of effort.
Just my opinion.
