Shareholders such as myself have done our DD. We have communicated with the SEC, with FINRA, and with the Wyoming SOS. No need to give into pressure from NITE/Knight Capital Markets and UBSS/Schwab, just to name a couple of the notorious naked short sellers. They have loaded retail brokers up with billions and billions of dollars worth of liability and risk.

Of course it is argued that selling billions of dollars worth of counterfeit electronic equity is their jobs.

They have been caught doing so, and as the mess continues to be unraveled and unwound the rabbit hole is getting deeper and deeper and deeper.
