Whoever came up with the phrase "Silence is Golden" was NOT referring to the information on a publically traded company.
It is being extremely unprofessional. No excuses
It makes them look worse than they already do, and that's pretty bad.
I read crap on this board about they are doing this and that. It doesn't mean anything unless it comes from the company.
The company screwed up, we know, they know it. I say company, because I feel it wasn't just Toland. Be a man , fix the issues, do the right thing going forward, keep the people who supported you up to date.
A CEO should not treat investors like this. A lot of us supported the company (buying stock, defending on here) for over a year now, he should show us more respect.
I know in business, things don't always work out as planned. This is not one of those cases. He made way too many statements that didn't happen. Lies, fraud, exaggeration, inexperience, or some of it all, who knows. We may never know, I just hope he can get it fixed.
