I mean I guess, if you care about your 500 dollar investment and need the return asap... These are penny stocks, 90% are hype and scam, this stock however is a reputable and experienced company. I wouldn't do this stock if your an investor that wants a day by day return

It's a mistake to think the share price is small investors selling. Fact is there's only limited volume daily, so a larger holder could be trying to sell out without collapsing the value of their entire investment.

Wait for the filings in the interim.

Correct....its a risky bet but with experienced management this could get high returns who are ready to take the risk. Regarding the price going lower small investors are loosing patience here....
