The medical marijuana issue has me baffled with Obama. He has readily admitted to smoking it when he was young. He realizes that black men have a four-five times higher incarceration rate than white people involved in marijuana arrests and convictions when they only represent less than 15% of the population. White people by far sell and smoke marijuana at much higher rates than black people yet there is such a discrepancy and we do nothing and it is allowed by the Supreme Court as well.
in this regard, it can very well be that president Obama is not his own man. the alternative explanation would be that he has had a mighty change of heart.
