Has there ever been a situation where an AS increase was not labeled a good thing? I have seen so many scams that had their AS increase and it was justified as being something it was not. An AS increase is a right to silently increase the O/S and dilute a shareholders value. at the levels STOA is talking the profits would have to increase at a greater percentage than the OS increase for this to be a "good thing" or else the PPS goes DOWN. Got any evidence that this is the case?

O/S only 264,571,583 as of June 12, 2013, which is still very very low. That's why I think that with the pending $150 million merger with Iris Corporation Berhad, this has plenty of upside potential.

Think about this: $150 million / 264,571,583 = .56 share price.
