Yes they are not common and not dilution until converted. They have not been converted as reflected in the SS.

I believe I already did that. They are not converted. Why are you not discussing the remaining shares of the AS? Same thing.

It is not dilution until they are sold IMO and the filing states Danny CANNOT exceed the A/S. So if Danny was going to claim them all now he would only be able to do about 40 million before he would have to raise the A/S.

A/S is the same, O/S is the same = ZERO DILUTION.
