My price predictions/guesstimates are based on
condition that IDTA starts reporting to the SEC.
Pinksheets are not obliged to do so, but if and
when some of them do, the market can much better
evaluate them.
IDTA is not a reporting company yet, hence
not taken too seriously, and the current price
level reflects just that.
IDTA shareholders were given to understand that
in 2006 this issue will be duly dealt with.
In each and every other aspect, namely quality
of their products, increased marketing distribution,
& outlets developments, the capturing of new
markets all seem 'too good to be true'.
Too many Pinksheet scams have been exposed, a lot
of mistrust in regards to 'promises' and lack of
'delivery' do make investors wary.
Some $ sales figures would do IDTA investors a lot
of good, even prior to IDTA implementing full
SEC reporting & filing.
