You get enough people running around telling the board the sky is falling and for sure you will have enough weak hands waiting before the open the next day to guarantee a selloff.
The Bastige MM is using the daytrader though, just like he uses the long and the weak. One of these days, soon, the MM will make the DT pay double for his trouble.
As it stands here, the MM is riding sthe support line on this, and there is no sign that he is finished with his little manipulation of 60MM shares yet.
