Trade, I just called, didn't go there (that was the suburbs store I went to) -- the person who was on the phone was *quite* dismissive. Said "they tried that years ago and it was horrible"...sounds like the manager needs to do some staff development...
The other store was Jantzen Beach. Called there, got customer service, and the person said that she'd not heard of it, and she thought she would have since she's in customer service.
