I think they are Global (worldwide) as far as I know. I don't care where they are but the fact is the stock market as far as pennies a lot goes by rumour and news more than it goes by other things. RAYS will run again, that's a fact imho. Im not saying it will go $1 dollar but I think with the right news it will go much higher than what it did on Friday and if it actually turns out that the marijuana rumour comes true then it will run like SK*O imho. RAYS $$
