He's best known for his involvement in BZCN, a sleazy Pink No Info stock. Apparently he's still president, CEO, and secretary.

In early 2012, the stock did a 1:17,000 reverse split.

Note that Brent Crouch, CPA, was also associated with BZCN. At the time of the filing of its last Q he was described as a "former officer" who was owed money by the company. BZCN borrowed a lot of money from investors over the years. No doubt they're unhappy now.
