They have filed a section "g" motion to have a trustee take over management of Treaty Energy Corporation immediately. The petitioners did go through all of the channels. Treaty just was not listening last May 2012 when Judge Brown adjudicated that Treaty Energy Corporation had been started by Fraud. SmackDown
