Wrong GERS. You obviously haven't done your homework as you weren't even aware of the other producers being sued.

That statement makes it completely clear you're clueless as to the court proceedings to date. ICM has lost every court ruling. 1st they said corn oil extraction wasn't patentable. Obviously wrong. A family of patents have been issued.
Then ICM said the patents were invalid due to prior art "Prevost" My sticky above has the link to the good judge saying ICM's claim of "prevost" as prior art being "completly without merit". That's the judges words, not mine or GERS'. ICM then claimed an offer to test invalidated the patents due to the "sale bar" rule. The USPTO reviwed the patents again and ruled their was no "sale bar". They reconfirmed the patents as valid. ICM then claimed the patents claims would be interpreted to prove ICM's equipment didn't infringe. In the sticky above you'll find links to the Marman rulings that completly disagreed with what ICM believed. The patents were interprted in GERS' favor, proving ICM's equipment infringes.
In all actuallality, there is no way ICM will beat GERS. There is nothing you can point to that indicates otherwise. ICM has lost every ruling and Ive provided the link/facts to prove it. What you can't do is show me anything in the court's rulings that favor ICM. Nothing. GERS' largest customers are growing stronger and buying more plants, contributing even more revenue to GERS. PEIX's NK walked shareholders into a litigation buzzsaw. ICM is facing summary judgement in July. Injunctions are coming, could be next week...
