i think this is the situation that has been disucssed the most among themselves...
let's stick to credibility issues cause that is where it will make or break here for investors..
ok mr megas you had no choice but to take the deal..
i know that you know that and most people here knows
the red tape is a brick wall..
ok but you acted like a child in a candy store
thinking you struck gold and in the end it has a lot of investors with a lot of money here that now ended up in your pocket in the end...
how responsible are you going to be for your actions..
do you reverse split after this or leave our shares alone...
do you put a reverse merger in this company or do you simply announce a meaningless letter of intent...
Megas dilemma is most reverse merger needs funding that is why they start with no float...well he is inheriting a big one,so how much of the 300k does he spend or lay out on his reverse merger or does he just get greedy...
see i know megas has a dilemma i am not stupid to the obvious that having 1000 or more shareholders at the start is hard cause you cant control the direction and or the selling..
but mr megas cash is no longer your headache so i think you need to decide your credibility and i am beating you to the punch on any other excuses to change anything...
you did not take part or plan anything that got us here, but you did make a mistake in being over excited that did get most here, what is your responsibility to your shareholders sir..
this is what i ask and think all should ask and hold him to..
