stock- there is a difference between having inside information and taking advantage of insider information.. my style as a daytrader i dont want to know,cause the more you know the less you want to know and tips just make you hold longer thinking you have awesome info... people who rely on tips in my opinion are the ones who average down and end up being stuckholders...
do i know people in colorado...not personally but had conversations with people over the years... do i know someone who has a brokerage account with cgf... yes.....
did i call joe poe when i got a private message from someone.. absolutely....
did i profit from any of it..NO... how could i....
smart investors know the rules and c.y.a themselves all the time..art knew he was cutting it too close and never sold one single share of bcit...art was very smart...his pocket hurts right now for it but his mind feels good that he has no skelton in the closets to worry about...
did art discuss with me for a long period of time via pm this situation and did i give him tips and things to pursue ...yes.. did i trade on that info.. NOPE..i bought the day that megas put out the email..
it is called cover your ass... once he announced to the public a problem i did not beat anyone to the punch and everyone had the same info to buy the stock on..
