Well, that 6 day or whatever timeframe was for Megas' involvement... Poe and the others were working on this and trying to get Megas to go the settlement route from the date of Poe's email to Megas on 8/30 shortly after the 8/26 Pacific Transfer press release..

Also, given the fact that if he did "plan on settling" from the beginning, then why take his case to the SEC?
