I apologize for repeatedly posting negative messages about WAVX and wish to request clemency from you. My intention was to contribute to balancing the opinion of the WAVX message board.

Please understand that my desire was to protect investors from losing money in a stock that presented a poor outlook. If you have a chance, you can notice that the WAVX message board tends to lean in a direction that encourages the buying or holding of WAVX.

When someone tries to post a warning about the downward movement of the stock due to Possible Dilution and Delisting, this poster is excommunicated. Is it possible that the WAVX message board is not Fair and Balanced in allowing various opinions?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

FYI Frank has read all the letters as well as read the lawsuit by firestone brought to his attention and demanding answers from shareholders so he is aware of how angry we are at his lack of disclosure. IR is mum and wont say anything.

Please let me know if it's your intent on NOT letting me post on the QBID board.. I had asked you several times as per your policy (Or IHubs) on how to get out of jail. I've gotten no reponse. I'm aware that I've posted rebuts to an annoying condescending person on that board that continues to control that board.. in doing so i have responded with pointed questions and comments and understand that it wasn't on the lighter side.. However, as an ADULT, I would expect a response.. If you can care less about whether I post or not or any of my friends.. Please let me know and i'll vacate my presence from this board.. I have several people that I know that post on this board asking (most with paid memberships)and wondering when they'll be "PUT IN JAIL".. Please answer me back.. GARY
