A positive JDA press release that PSCs are on track ought to put the ERHE sp back on track, too.

Where we can respond further is to push that Reuters and the Wall Street Journal carry the essence of a JDA press release.

Once it is published by the JDA, of course.

Mark, you think all of this is last minute pushing and shoving over Block 4? The JDA official said 4 PSC's are done. The one left undone could well be the one for Block 4 and the truth is someone (Troavoda? XOM? Anadarko? Other unknowns?) are pulling out all the stops trying to get Block 4 by threatening to derail the entire process. Or try to. Sounds like a STP coalition at work, a unholy marriage of some local STP'er with a lot of political stroke on the Island like Troavoda with an oil company of some kind. My money is still on Nigeria, protecting the awards and ERHE. Then the STP side must deal with its own STP rogues, expose them for they are. JMHO
