It can take many years until there will be a final judgement without further appeal posibilities, if there ever will be any. Also you could wonder, will all the claims be approved? You can state things are very clear, but I guess that you are no judge in this case. Both PEIX and GERS claim they are right. Things might seem simple to you, but just look at other major patent cases. did they always go the way the owner of a patent expected?
