We don't know the timeline of when Mr D was initially contacted. I agree, he had to like what he saw, possibly well in advance of the falling pps. He's probably hoping the genset market does well, but that is going to take money. Throw in the money drain of the yet-to-be-finished lawsuits and throw in the mix of a major shift from trucking (what Mr D and shareholders were looking at) to a different market, would Mr D still make take the bet?
