I'm not sure I'd trust them in any case. Finken was at another firm that had problems too, wasn't he? I'd be double checking all employees with access ten ways to Sunday before I proceeded with them or any another firm.

yea wook normally 5 mill max on e&o / employee dishonesty coverage but fda could require more which might have to obtained thru mult insurers / lloyds london underwriters. might be public info per freedom of info request if fda mandated.

That's for sure! They would take extra care and make sure no mistakes are made! After all the are a company and they had a rotten apple in house. The rotten apple has been discarded. The cost of the trial will be reduce by a nice percentage.

I hope this person is arrested. I am wondering why no arrest has taken place yet.

Of course this is all hinged on the information supplied by this board.
