Video Game Update: ERTS downgraded on EPS pressure, ATVI/GME favorites@SBSH

The firm says November NPD data was slightly better than expected. ATVI's sales were better on strong sales of Xbox 360 titles. The broker has downgraded shares of ERTS to Hold from Buy, see separate note, following weaker than expected sales. ATVI remains the firm's favorite publishing name along with GME.

Electronic Arts-ERTS downgraded to Hold from Buy@SBSH
Smith Barney is lowering its rating on Electronic Arts-ERTS to Hold from Buy as it expects downward pressure on estimates to limit share appreciation as it sees a December quarter miss. Target to $60 from $65.
