The way that last PR (May 9) made it sound, they appear to have new financing blood. I mean after all, that $100K cash they had earlier this year cannot be used to pay for all this AND be 'in the black' financially.
I guess what I am trying to say is PR(s) coming regards these developments.
They have to be PR'd before the 10K on June 30th.
Whether they file an NT doesn't matter, the cut off IS June 30th, and they cannot add new info after that.
So anwyays, long story short -> PRs coming before 10K, including the NEW PRODUCT
