Look at the compensation of the other board members
This is the most obscene compensation scheme I've ever seen in a penny stock. Real, legitimate, listed companies don't pay directors this much. BOD is part time, advisory in nature. They do not have day to day responsibilities. Typical for a listed stock would be $20-40k. This is obscene
