Agent I would look at it this way.I know my view is simplistic but I look at it this way.If thier is a million people in your survey how many have a interest in your product(That goes for any product or service)?Also how many will continue to use it over the long term?Judging on what I know I see a lot of turnover on satellite radio as its one of those cool things to get and when the novelty wears out you do not renew the sub.In the gaming/dvd sector I see a much different story.To be honest the rental through the mail industry is pretty much in its infancy as far as we are concerned.If management can execute we may really have something here.Lets see what cc does over the next month.I would say if cc rolls us out further we will see a Howard stern type jump on to help promote.The foundation is there and we will know soon enough what the future holds.By the way I am noticing over the last month much better service from the posters.Bob
