Katano, if I may kindly clarify...your statment is 1000% wrong. this will not be $7.00 next week.
The run was on the recent news...now we just have to wait and see how the economy, the housing market, the rates, the gov't bla bla bla does in the next QTR and how FNMA will do.
Based on that and other factors this will move up.
But again, let me say this "I do not know if it will or not"...just basing it on logic and what we have learned in life.
We all need to stop with the guessing that is not backed by facts or solid info.
Those who predicted it will fall...they are not smarter, they just knew how to play it on the hype and rise and info they shared on here and many other sites.
In short if you said, we will go to $7.00 because of X, y & Z reason, now that will make a huge difference if what you say is common sense and is based on things that truly happen from experience.
