Had afterhours news last night... and bulls are running the market with market orders... not sure but this is a sign getting ready to return to a higher exchange... The NAS as an interim to the NYSE???

It could be reconciliation (booking) of unregistered trades done in regular hours.

If one oddball straggler trade some mm never reported printed on the trading tape right after the close, if one trade gets reported at 4:01pm it shows up as after hours trading.

There are no AH trades in the otc. There's been a lot of volume it's just mm making adjustments, corrections, fixing the tape, etc
