OK IM BACK TCPS UPDATE


1. The deal is moving nice, should be done in 3-4 days

2. I asked if the pps is around .06-.10 are we still undervalued?
"Ha very very undervalued, you have no Idea what we are doing here and the patents are the key components".

3. Uplisting to AMEX in 5-6 months.

4. I asked if there will be a reverse split....Absolutly not!!!!

5. TCPS owns all the rights to the patents, and there are alot of them.

6. Next week he will be putting out information on what is happening here.

7. He is extremely excited about this and it will blow my mind he said.

So hopefully this will be my final update and the company can take over....WE STRUCK GOLD HERE FOLKS!!!!!

1) Base patents to build upon for "frequency agility" and paired with new or acquired patents

2) $75M in NOL's here resulting in a $25M tax deferred asset

3) Right time right place

4) This is a market cap trade, not a PPS trade. Looking for $200M market cap sooner than you think

5) This revival has been in the works for a year or more, not just the last few weeks

6) AMEX uplisting requires $3.00, it's all about this number from now on for all of us

7) More than 50% of volume daily here on out will be non IHUB related, look for unexpected moves/volume.

I wonder what deal they are chatting about? Something is being brought onboard in addition to existing IP. Will find out next week, but, they think its good enough for AMEX. Makes it easy for me to judge increasing my holdings for a .25 push and onward from there with PR, website, filings, etc
