my own fair value for the company right now is around 8 million $ market cap after doing all of my research. but add in this new financing with the potential of an acquisition. i would now say fair value is around a 12 million market cap. because it now shows management intends to grow and expand the company. and i think I'm being conservative especially when you compare it to other companies
