Chicago...I think Numanoid was stating a hypothetical situation. He reads it as CC having until the end of the test porgram to file a 30 day notice or discontinuance. He gave Jan 10 as a "what if"

I was using an example as a day "prior to the end of the pilot program" that is not necessarily December 16th. I see merit looking at it in both ways but I think the SEC filing seems to point to a Dec 16th date.

What we really need is a lawyer to read it and translate it. All of the commas, thereafters, and whatnot really get in the way sometimes. Any takers?

Regardless, It seems pretty obvious that it's happening one way or ther other, it's just a question as to when the majority believe it to be happening.

Some people live and die for PRs in the penny market. I'm not one of them, especially for a stock like this.
