A couple of questions for any and all.All we have to do is vote against the split,which,at the moment seems the way to go cuz they just act like hey you have less power,we will have 99 % of the authorized and will dilute as we please,yet innvite all us "bagholders" to a meeting in June?So there will probably be reasons why they will make it seem more profitable for shareholders,like being above 10 cents gets them upgraded to NASDAQ.Also why we they give 15 million shares to Excellere?What do they/we get in return?
