It appears now that a "final" report will not be made available until middle to late June. The Fire Marshal indicated that the report was taking longer to complete than expected. He stated that he has been contacted by several attorneys and , therefore I would speculate, he is attempting to avoid involvement in what he thinks will be "a long legal battle".

Sorry about the delay. Have not forgotten your request and understand it’s importance to you.

Have had two more witnesses come forward and had a little wait in getting to interview them. I am making sure I get all the info possible and the facts correct before sending out any report. .

Will send a copy of report as soon as finished.

Nowhere in the article is there any indication that, "they are not rebuilding on the site.” I have read and reread. Where did you find this information?
I agree that rebuilding on the Michels property will probably not happen but for several other reasons;
the sight is not an appropriate logistical location and it is not wanted on the property anyway. As it appears, it is there only because it is as close as the company could get to the McBeth facility.
