actually, the funder looked at the MIMV financing as:

I can lock up a no risk, guaranteed 50%-100% annualized return on the $400,000 loaned plus the 8% interest, plus play the upside on the stock if it goes up with the 4.0 million Warrants

to not see the above, is just plain silly

Seriously? You think this funder looked at the 475k average volume and thought, I can lend the money and then dump 4 million shares and keep my fingers crossed that the share price won't drop below .10 before I recoup the 400K I just lended. You actually think that's the plan? WOW
