The 218,648,168 shares would include the 16.5M shares that were retired.
I assume these are held on paper: Common Stock Alan Morell 18,622,944 6.3% from 1st qtr 10-Q.

As of 5/29/2013 there are 218,648,168 O/S (free trading) shares. There are 201,380,415 shares deposited in the brokerage houses. Hopefully you can garner what information you are needing to know from these figures.

So the FLOAT is 201,380,415 shares minus ACCUMULATION 95,478,384 shares that we own. Leaves a working FLOAT of 105.9M SHARES.
