Try it with other tickers too... I find it to be a handy tool sometimes, although if you would have listened to some of the traders around here that use advanced platforms, you would have heard about these 144's the day they happened.
they are registered to be sold, not held.
Does it strike anyone as odd that management no longer holds a 51% interest in the company and they are registering more shares to sell ? Not sure if that's good or bad.
