Technically they are not complying with the rules and regulations...
If they were they would have filed the 10-Q within 5 days of requesting an extension as required by law.
I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they couldn't meet their legal obligations and instead threw out an arbitrary 15 day deadline that they would comply by.

In the legal world - I would be sued by a client if I failed to meet a legal deadline and their 100,000,000 dollar case went by the wayside.
I have a lot of faith in AAPT. But my confidence in management will be reserved until tomorrow.
Again, the EG mess has been known for a long time now. Excuses are like buttholes - everyone has one and they all stink.
