ok, if your a founder your given shares instead of cash for your work. You must register them in a certain period believe it's 2 yrs which is what she did,she has 7 million shares but if not filed they are worthless

Why have shares if your not able to profit from them? It seems that registering them is a very effective was to help SA gin up fear and exfoliate the dead weight. Especially if the articles are filled with a bunch a red meat with legimate concerns being raised exploiting the nuances that come with being in this never before seen technically illegal emerging worldwide market.
