I am combing the SEC Forms 13F-HR, 13F-HR/A (Initial Quarterly Form 13F Holdings Report filed by institutional managers) to find who is buying. No luck yet.

Discovering who is buying through ARCA and ATDF would help clear up some of the mystery...Hedge funds do not have the same reporting requirements as do instiutional and mutual fund investors...no big chance to discover which ones are involved unless there is a leak.
