After today's action, I think the evidence of the value of the BVIG shares is pretty clear.
In the S-1's and the final S-1 that was declared effective by the SEC KATX was to have as an asset of BVIG shares after the spin-off.
Very clear from today's trading (BUYING) that the value of BVIG is Rock Solid and if KATX has Shares of BVIG (I think it was like 7% of the O/S of BVIG)
