They rolled the dice with BVIG and lost, no one is willing to finance Kens dreams after what they did to KATX.
1st time with KATX was low risk, now with a shady history clearly no one is willing to take such risks

Yes I agree with you and now is a great time to do something as Spring is turning into Summer which is mining season. 3 months since March is about long enough of a wait to get BVIG rolling. Like Ive said before the S1 and spin off is the start of a new company and clean slate. Although we honestly have not seen much yet except a fall from .06 down to .0035, any company will have its 52 week highs and lows and here's hoping these levels are the LOWS !!! Not to mention 3 year, 5 year highs and lows. I just cant see any new company going straight down. Im sure there's more to this story and you are right those for and against are all here waiting for the story to unfold...
