I too am starting to get frustrated here, but what can we really do? Personally my shares are stuck in Zecco/Tradeking account that i no longer use since they don't allow the buying of anything under a penny.
Since gray sheets are matched trades within brokers, seems if no one there can buy - I can sell :-/
So for me its a waiting game. Either one of two things happen. They go bankrupt and I write it off, or they uplist off the grays.
If I thought venting my frustration would help them in accomplishing either of these issues id be venting every few moments. But its not.
No matter how much we try to say the reasons this is a scam, or the reasons the quarterlies will be out soon, or that they filed a 10K so they will file a quarterly, or this or that - it doesn't really matter.
The way I see it, the company went silent - they are appeasing the "bad" child by making the "good" child sit at home instead of going to the movies. (Sorry parent analogy).
Silence is a funny thing though, just because they aren't speaking we assume they are still "listening".....are they? Do they care that we are frustrated? Do they really care at all in how their shareholders are viewing their nearly one year of silence? I Unfortunately believe they don't care, or worst yet they have grown to accept their shareholder base being so turned off and frustrated that it doesn't matter to them. They have in essence gone into a "private" company phase - sure they have shareholders and they can't sell a piece of the business privately for cash, but they act as if they have NO shareholders.
