GM John. Your welcome and yes pretty sure i,ve seen the Bar B Que places and i really like but dont eat it that often. I am just in and back out when i go there, catching a plane are visiting someone in the hospital. It was in the early 70,s when i lived there for awhile. GM John. In the 10Q it says there were 30 million shares for the directors which there were (2) Joel & Itamar Zer which is Secretary and Director. That would be 15 Million each. As you know Joel resigning was out of thin air and a new acting CEO in his place, with nothing covering his pay are anything. Joel didnt finish the job so i would guess he shouldnt get the 15 million shares and that would be a legal issue between him and safecode. There is no answer been put out concerning that issue. There are to many issues with safecode that has not been addressed and why i am not going to put alot more time are money in the company. I do not make idle threats and it would be a waste of time to do so. But there are legal ways to deal with companies that dont follow through with what they put in thier filings even though it takes alot of time especially with OTC stocks. Thats why i will have my shares on hold until i see what the next 3 months bring. Safecode has more to lose than i do and i dont invest funds that can get me in a pinch. I looked this morning and i am showing a little over $1200 in the red with safecode and it was showing $1500 at .005 so that is not much but to keep investing in a falling stock is just not real smart IMO Lol. So i will be on the sidelines on that part but i will not walk away from safecode at a loss. SAFC
