This argument cracks me up every time it is posted.
Hipple is suspended by the SEC - he is not going to reveal any of his private business dealings to a stranger who happens upon his office and asks if he is still involved in SKTO.
Or someone calls, Hello, are you Robert Hipple, Yes, I am. Caller: Are you still involved in SKTO, Hipple: No. Caller: Thanks.
See how absurd this argument is - Why would he incriminate himself to a complete stranger - the answer is he wouldn't!
Hipple is out Thermo stopped by his office. And many have called him.
You bet he is trying to make changes, he thinks that will throw off the SEC.
But, screenshots exist of all of his involvement in SKTO, AEGY and NOHO.
