The Annual report also tells us that in January of 2013 Henry Jan and Robert Hipple transferred a big part of their debt from CFOS to Go Inc to Matriarch Management Inc which is a Nevada business entity set up by Henry Jan and Robert Hipple then split up among 6 anonymous parties (probably for conversion)
