Mrpatinmn, I too noted use of the term "collaborative". It made me wonder if this process is usually considered collaborative or if this was something special. If it was special, then we might be excused for thinking that Peregrine has a sympathetic relationship with the FDA. Of course, considering how long it took the FDA to give Cotara the phase iii green light does weaken that notion.
The important thing is that Bavi is going to Phase III, and the patient population is not enormous. It may be small enough that any would-be partner/buyer has to believe Peregrine could pull it off on their own; maybe put a little pressure on them to act before the price of admission gets much steeper.
