fully agree another sheety economic year on tap for 2013 -
ARR is over bought and has found a bottom imo in the mid 5s its up fom here and I get PAID to watch it go up an down - got some 5.73s so I am happy - these nervous type would really be nervous if they saw my investment here but I am like you johnsyn, no worry - double payday on the 30th - SHOW ME THE DIVI's

I couldn't hang any longer, unlike you and cat, I didn't have that cushion that you enjoy, I still get paid though. Went to fannie mae friday.
